Systems: Training Quicklinks

The resources below support common ways that library workers across the Alliance perform tasks related to the Systems (SYS) program. Technologies and systems support, including integrations and configurations for Alma/Primo and resource sharing systems, analytics, and authentication.

General

  • SYS email list: contact Elizabeth Duell to be added to the list
    • Systems Discussion (sys-discussion): community building, questions specific to Systems, troubleshooting
  • SYS Community Calls
    • Join monthly calls on Zoom for demonstrations, discussions, and updates from SYS groups.
    • Agendas are disseminated via the SYS Discussion email list.
    • If you miss the login information, contact Tamara Marnell, Program Manager for Systems.
  • Centralized support for recurring calendar links: contact Elizabeth Duell to be added to calendar entries
  • Anonymous Ask Form
    • Ask questions or share issues you’d like help with but are not yet fully comfortable putting out in front of the community.
    • Please don’t expect individual replies as the form is completely anonymous.
    • SYS groups will typically respond during the next community call, or they may reply via email to the SYS discussion list.

Interlibrary Loan Software Integrations
