Overview
The Alliance Board of Directors is elected by the Council. The Board has primary responsibility for
developing and approving strategic directions, policies, initiatives, partnerships, and budgetary
actions and serve as the legal stewards of the Alliance.
Meetings FY24
Board Calls – 2nd Monday – 1 to 2pm
Chairs meetings – 1st Monday – 1 to 2pm
Board Chair & Executive Director Meetings – 1st & 3rd Friday – 10 to 11am
Extended Board Meetings – Sept 19 & 20 (in-person); Feb 12 (Virtual); June 12 & 13 (in-person)
