The Systems program provides broad leadership for technologies used by Alliance members and groups, as well as for the Discovery layer of the Shared Integrated Library System (SILS). The program supports the consortium by investigating and recommending technological solutions to shared needs, providing training and documentation, and assessing adopted systems to achieve improved functionality, efficiency, and interoperability.
Areas of focus for the Systems groups include:
- Integrations between library technologies, such as implementation of authentication and student information systems in the SILS
- Alma and Primo Analytics
- Primo release testing and customization
- Ex Libris APIs and Cloud Apps
