Summit Flags and Labels

• Damage Flag (PDF) – Print and return inside damaged materials
• Green Flag (PDF) – Print and return inside materials returned at different library. Used for all courtesy returns.

Summit Statistics

Note: Annual statistics for borrowing and lending count those requests created between January 1 and December 31 of the report year.

• Summit requestable item count (Spreadsheet) Total Alliance-wide, non-deduplicated, by institution. These statistics are gathered using this method: Getting a count of Summit-requestable materials at your institution and updated annually in September
• Summit Borrowing and Lending Year Over Year [updated monthly]
• Summit Borrowing with Renewals [updated bi-annually]
• Fill Rate and Turn Around Time – this report measures number of requests filled, and time from request to shipped-status to arrival at the borrowing library. [updated annually in January].
