Overview
The Alliance Board of Directors is elected by the Council. The Board has primary responsibility for
developing and approving strategic directions, policies, initiatives, partnerships, and budgetary
actions and serve as the legal stewards of the Alliance.
Meetings FY25
- Full Board: 3rd Thurs from 10 to 11
- Chairs: 2nd Thurs from 10 to 11
- ED & Chair 1:1: 1st Thurs from 10 to 11
Extended Board meetings:
- Oct 2 & 3, 2025 – In-person
- Feb 13, 2026 – Via Zoom (9 to 11am & 1 to 3pm)
- June 11 & 12, 2026 – In-person
