Several Alliance webpages use passwords. The access information for the passwords is shared in the following methods.

Shared Content and Technical Services (SCTS)

The password is shared via email list. Contact Elizabeth Duell to be added to one or both email lists.

Systems (SYS)

• Systems Inventory – The password is shared annually to the Systems Representatives email list.

The Systems Representatives email list is a closed list limited to individuals selected to serve as representatives for the Systems program. Anyone at an Alliance member institution can ask their Systems Representative for the Systems Inventory password. Alliance member staff can also email the Systems Program Manager, Tamara Marnell, with a password request.
