The Alliance evaluates and assesses our consortial training through the following reports and assessments.
Consortial Training Needs Assessment
The Orbis Cascade Alliance conducted a training needs assessment to identify and prioritize consortial training needs for member staff. Categories and questions were developed based on feedback from community conversations, held May–July 2023, as well as Alliance Central Staff recommendations. A survey was administered October 16 – November 3, 2023, followed by interviews in January 2024.
