FY26 Charge
This new project group will conduct a well-structured assessment of the Alliance’s FY26 digital preservation training webinars held by NEDCC. Assessment methods may include pre- and post-training evaluations, surveys, activities or simulations, facilitated discussions, or other methods. The group may adapt templates and methods already in use at the Alliance. The group will also review other digital preservation training opportunities available to Alliance members. Based on assessment results, the group will make recommendations to the Alliance about future digital preservation training opportunities.
The group may collaborate with other Alliance groups and programs, such as the Diversity and User Experience (DUX) program.
This is a short-term project group, and work is expected to be completed in 8-10 months. The group is likely to meet for one hour biweekly. Up to an hour of work per week is expected outside of meetings.
