The program may share the finding aid metadata in the database, in whole or in part, with outside entities that may request it.

The program shares finding aid metadata with other entities that make said metadata available in ways that enhance access and exposure, but charge access fess, only by prior consultation with all participating institution. If all participating institutions agree to have metadata shared, the program will broker that arrangement with the outside entity; if not all members agree, the program will refer the entity to the members directly.
