A&M Service Participation Project Group

FY25 Charge

The group considered the merits and issues around changing participation requirements for the A&M service so that more institutions and organizations in our region can participate in the service. The group reviewed established participation requirements, including the benefits, dues structure, MOU, and application process. Based on feedback from current participants, potential future participants, and Alliance central staff, the group developed principles that should guide any changes to participation requirements. The group also recommended specific changes to the A&M Program Manager and Alliance Executive Director.
