The Collaborative Workforce Team provides broad oversight and leadership for share human resources of the Alliance, training, documentation, and professional development in support of Alliance initiatives. The team contributes to the oversight for Alma Acquisitions and Resource Management as an application through the Technical Services Working Group and in collaboration with other programs and teams.

The Team supports the Collaborative Workforce Program.

Goal: Collaborative Work:

Updated goal per July Council meeting:

The Collaborative Workforce Team is charged to redesign the Collaborative Work Inventory methodology in order to:

  • Collect information about Alliance work done outside the structure of teams and working groups;
  • Collect information from individual staff members, in addition to chairs and program managers;
  • Involve Council members in data collection and review; and
  • Create a sustainable process that can be repeated annually.
The proposed methodology should be circulated broadly for feedback prior to implementation.

Old goal: Create an uncomplicated form/survey, based on cw inventory project observations, to be used annually by team/working group chairs and program managers to review work scope, workload, and work distribution within their programs.
