The Collaborative Workforce Program provides leadership for shared human resources of the Alliance, both consortium and member library staff.

The program provides oversight for Alma Acquisitions and Resource Management as an application through the Technical Services Working Group and in collaboration with other programs and teams.

The program manages training initiatives and professional development opportunities and provides the infrastructure and support for documentation of policies, workflows, and work across Alliance programs and services. The program facilities communication across the Alliance and between members, programs, and teams.
