Among other features, Alliance seeks ability to run circulation reports (pre- and post-Alma implementation) and collection analyses across institutions.

  • Expand data collection and reporting capabilities for high priority needs:
    • Example: support additional COUNTER reporting for electronic resources.
    • Example: ability to limit by date when reviewing use for items.
    • Example: extend data reporting through APIs.
    • Example: easier way to do rolling monthly reports in Analytics.
  • Build collection of high priority consortial level reports in areas of Fulfillment, Collections, General, Acquisitions, Resource Management.
  • Develop high impact reports, widgets, and dashboards to be shared with libraries or publicly.
  • Build glossary of reporting definitions.
    • Example: ‘use’
