Student FTE and Materials Budget Information used for purchasing Electronic Resources.


This table includes all Alliance member institutions.

FTE: Student FTE numbers are reported by Library Directors (Alliance Council members) to Orbis Cascade Alliance annually in November, and are used from January through the end of December the following year.

The numbers are the average of Fall through Spring terms.

Community college FTE is based on the officially reported count of students enrolled in credit courses (professional, technical, or equivalent to courses offered by a four-year institution).

Materials budget is reported for the current academic year. The number includes books, serials (journals and continuations), AV resources, electronic resources (CDs, online access), and microformats. The number does not include OCLC costs (except for FirstSearch), ILL costs, memberships (if they can be easily identified and separated), equipment, preservation, and binding. Data currently being used: academic year 20.
