Each library develops language for the top half of the paging slip, informing staff that the item has been requested. Since INNOPAC uses the same text for both local and INN-Reach requests, be certain that the text makes sense for both purposes. Much of the text, design, and display of fields is “hard-coded” and not locally controlled.

A separate paging slip text is prepared for items requested using Pickup Anywhere. Sample text:

Paging Slip - ***PICKUP ANYWHERE REQUEST*** A hold has been placed on the following item for the patron listed above. Please pull this item and forward it to the institution shown above.
