Paging slips: suppress patron information

III has made changes to paging slips in 2006:

"To increase the security of INN-Reach patrons' personal information during the request process, patron address information is no longer included in INN-Reach circulation transactions. As a result, the patron address will not display on INN-Reach paging slips or on screen during checkout to off-site patrons. (see illustration)

"Additionally, your system can be configured so that patron telephone number and home library fields are not included in circulation transactions. To exclude these fields from INN-Reach transactions, ask your Central System Administrator to contact Innovative.
Note that this security feature does not affect transactions created during checkout to visiting patrons."

Note: Patron Phone number and Home library fields are suppressed as a package -- suppress both, or neither. (see illustration)

To suppress Phone number and Home library, send a message to the summit account at Orbis Cascade Alliance.
