Limit by Language Options
1. How should Orbis limit by language? (choose one)
	Use fixed field only.	Look in fixed field and field 041.
2. Is it okay for the union catalog (Orbis) and local catalogs to use different rules for limiting by language? (choose one)
	Yes. It is not necessary for the union and local catalogs to work the same way.	Yes, but I prefer uniformity in the way language limiting works.	No, the union and local catalogs should work the same way.
	Note: If you prefer uniformity, some local systems will need to be changed.
