 1).
Check out Item to Borrowing Site (Institution Checkout)
   
    Mode: In Millennium's INN-Reach Use the mode: INN-Reach Check-Out to Remote Site
   
    Scan Barcode: Key or scan the barcode of an item requested by a patron at another site. No patron information is necessary. Millennium Circulation displays which patron requested the item. For example:

    05-27-02: requested by .p10024803@9eou0 for pickup at EOU circ desk

• Millennium warns you that Item has status PAGED and has been cleared

• Millennium Circulation also shows the location where the item will be sent. For example: Send book to above patron at Eastern Oregon University

• Millennium Circulation shows the item's barcode, title, delivery destination, and due date. For example::
       
 
       
2). Apply Bookband or Label to Item
   
    To: Highlight or circle the name of the borrowing institution on the bookband or fill out the TO section on the book label.
    • Refer to the bottom left section of paging slip for Institution + Delivery Stop.

• Do **not** add the name of the requesting patron. Do **not** fill in Due Date.
   
    Short Loan: If it is a short-term loan, apply the yellow 3-day loan sticker to the bookband or book label
     
    PUA: If it is a Pickup Anywhere item, apply the red PUA sticker to the bookband or book label
   
3).
Place the Paging Slip in the item
   
    Paging Slip: Fold the paging slip in half and place it in the item bottom half up. Send the item to the Borrowing Site or PUA site in a Summit courier bag.
