| 2). | Apply Bookband or Label to Item | ||
| To: Highlight or circle the name of the borrowing institution on the bookband or fill out the TO section on the book label. | |||
| • Refer to the bottom left section of paging slip for Institution + Delivery Stop. • Do **not** add the name of the requesting patron. Do **not** fill in Due Date. |

| Short Loan: If it is a short-term loan, apply the yellow 3-day loan sticker to the bookband or book label | |||
| PUA: If it is a Pickup Anywhere item, apply the red PUA sticker to the bookband or book label | |||
| 3). | Place
the Paging
Slip in the item

| Paging Slip: Fold the paging slip in half and place it in the item bottom half up. Send the item to the Borrowing Site or PUA site in a Summit courier bag. | |||
