Charge

RLSC Leadership Group is responsible for advancing the effort to build a shared regional library services center.  Specific tasks include

o        overseeing cooperative fundraising

o        site selection recommendation to Council by March 1, 2006

o        overseeing an exploration of the concepts and legal language that might be included in a revised Alliance MOU or additional RLSC MOU describing RLSC governance, member responsibilities, etc.
