Problem? PUA item not checked out before being sent [III page 105598]
The problem: If the owning library did not check the item out to Remote Site before sending to the PUA location, there will be no transaction and PUA location cannot receive. System will respond: Item is not in database.
The fix: PUA site must contact Owning Site (OS) to have OS Check out to Remote Site. This will create the transaction and enable PUA site to receive the item.
