Summit Migration TrainingOne of the most important aspects of the migration from INN-Reach to WorldCat Navigator involves preparing staff for a major change in workflow. To help with preparing staff, OCLC provides a "train the trainer" session. Train-the-Trainer was held in Salem, Oregon on Oct. 14. Following the OCLC workshop, the core trainers and I-Team members continued through another full day on Oct. 15 to debrief on issues raised at training, resolve them or propose work-arounds, and start the work of developing the regional training sessions. More info.Core Trainers will conduct regional training sessions to prepare staff at member libraries for the transition and provide front-line support at each member library.
