WorldCat Navigator Known Issues with Staff Interface

System response is not instantaneous. However, it is allowing the same transaction to occur (i.e. can ship same item multiple times)

Materials that cannot be handled

Screen changes

Sign in page needs changes to labels (User ID, Password, Authentication Service)
Different color and/or other method to distinguish between borrowing and lending areas
On any result screen where there is a note, the note should be obvious without need to drill through multiple screens
No item barcode showing up in staff item detail display
No place to add item barcode in regular interface when shipping
Barcode on borrowing side is different from barcode in in lending side. Can search by lender number, but can't batch update by them. NRE printed products can include lender and borrower barcodes in one page.
Generate paging slips via email and reformat on the web?
On Returns action screen, don't need "Insured amount" or "Insured currency"

Automatic behavior needed

Need to auto terminate response for sites that block SSR. Currently these these items go to an idle queue where they must be handled manually

Pull slips

In hold notes, need to pass patron name, NRE numbers, dropsite, and home institution
