• 1:00-2:15: Breakout groups. Topics still being determined but will include WorldCat Navigator workflow,  Role of ILL in new system, Contingency planning, Batchloading, Technical group, Statistics, and Training.

  • Batchloading and/or Reclamation. Tracy DeGood from OCLC will join a session for those working on batchloading services. (This will be the best opportunity to discuss issues related to what and how to load records and update holdings in OCLC.)  All Reclamation & Batch loading contacts at member institutions encouraged to participate.
    Expect to cover this and more: Reclamation (with Cancel holdings) versus Batchload; What to send; Vendor records; and ongoing Batchloads.
