Videoconference equipment available? no "We have a few options, depending on availability. It is possibile that we could find a room holding up to 30, but a room for up to about 20 would be more readily available. Food could be available. One of the possible locations is in the library, but there are also options outside of the library. No cost to use the equipment. We have a selection of conference speaker phones available for campus use. The smaller unit is suitable for groups of people up to about 10. It has an omni directional mic built into it. A larger unit is available for large groups of people. It has two speaker/mic units which can be seperated and spread out across a large table. It also has remote mics for placing at stratigic locations. We do not have any video conferencing equipment available at this time." Videoconference equipment available? YES.
