Summit Migration Timeline and Responsibilities

• Group discovery view with availability service available
• VDX in place with availability service and circulation gateway
• Authentication done via VDX (interim authentication step)
• All Alliance libraries’ holdings available and kept up-to-date in WorldCat (decided not critical for day one—but desirable)

• Work with Alliance libraries to batch load all records to OCLC—work has begun on this
•  Implementation team to send to Alliance implementation questionnaire (first week of June)—answers from this will determine how OCLC implements the discovery view and the delivery (VDX) portions of Navigator
• On-site train the trainer sessions for Navigator/provide documentation for Navigator
• Provide marketing and PR collateral

• Return implementation questionnaire by OCLC requested deadline(s)
• Work with OCLC batchload staff to load all records and keep them current
• Work with OCLC as needed on the availability service and circulation gateway (work already underway)

• Authentication in place via EZProxy in the group discovery view
• Integration of ILLiad into Navigator
• Integrate Open URL resolver(s) into Navigator
• All Alliance holdings must be up-to-date in WorldCat by this date

• Tight integration of IFM into Navigator product
