July 13-14 Council votes on Board recommendations


Meetings


Charge

The Shared ILS Team is charged with building on the work of the previous SILS Team by

  1. Developing and issuing a Request for Information (RFI), evaluating responses, and engaging with respondents as appropriate to clarify and explore responses.
  2. Recommending a procurement process and timeline for a shared ILS.
  3. Initial projection of staffing needs.
  4. Recommending next steps.

Timeline

  • 2011 January 28: status report for the Board
  • 2011 February: issue an RFI
  • 2011 March 10-11: status report for Council
  • 2011 June 10: Final report delivered to the Board. The Board will make recommendations for Council consideration on 2011 July 14-15.
