Student FTE and Materials Budget
Student
FTE and Materials Budget Information
used for Purchasing Electronic Resources
This table includes all institutions that participate as
members of the Electronic Resources Committee (ERC).
FTE: Student FTE numbers are reported by Library Directors to Orbis
Cascade Alliance annually in November, and are used from January through the
end of
December the following year. The numbers are the average of Fall
through Spring terms. Community college FTE is based on the officially reported
count of students enrolled in credit courses (professional, technical, or
equivalent to courses offered by a four-year institution). Data in this table: academic year
2007/08.
Materials budget is reported for the current academic year. The
number includes books, serials (journals and continuations), AV resources,
electronic resources (CDs, online access), and microformats. The number does
not include OCLC costs (except for FirstSearch), ILL costs, memberships (if
they can be easily identified and separated), equipment, preservation and binding.
Data in this table: academic year
2008/2009.
