From October 1st to November 1 - a canceled participant will owe half of the registration fee. ($325/$375) From November 1 to November 15 - a canceled participant will owe 3/4 of the registration fee ($487.50/$562.50) After November 15 there will not be a refund given. If a member of a team is unable to come and another person wishes to take their place, that other person will be substituted at no additional cost. |
