Caution! The following table is an EXAMPLE only, to illustrate three approaches to apportioning courier costs.
Final costs are dependent on a determination of

  • administrative fee (for this example, price includes $20 monthly fee)
  • list of participating libraries: drop-sites and forwarding sites (for this example, all drop-sites and known forwarding sites are included)
  • For Model C (Weighted formula):
