Courier Labels and labeling |

All
items must be addressed to a dropsite, using a pre-printed Orbis
Cascade Alliance courier service label. The Attention box is filled in only
when necessary. |

|
The courier delivers materials only to the dropsites.
If the item's final destination is a "participating library" and
not the dropsite, the dropsite arranges for sorting and forwarding to the participating
library shown in the Attention box. |
Name of Participating Library may be added below the Dropsite Name in the FROM area. |
