Dropsites that serve a group of participating libraries: be sure to provide labels for those libraries, too. Remember, the dropsite goes in "FROM". If you want to provide additional detail, such as the name of the participatin library, add it below the Dropsite name in FROM.

Program & Vendor

The Vendor. The Orbis Cascade Alliance has contracted with Lanter Delivery Systems to provide service in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Lanter is a large trucking, distribution and warehousing company with headquarters in Madison, Illinois. Lanter also operates library courier service programs in Indiana, Louisiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and to the members of CIC (Committee on Institutional Cooperation -- the academic consortium of the Big Ten universities and the University of Chicago). In the Pacific Northwest, Lanter will use Marquis Messenger/Consolidated Routing for courier service to Oregon, Washington and Idaho drop sites. Marquis/Consolidated operate in many states throughout the U.S., and currently supply library delivery to organizations in Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, etc. through the Amigos group.
