Note: Automated INN-Reach reports for February patron requests (30,808) and characteristics of those requests (30,751) are not reporting the same totals. The discrepancy is .0018 (less than 2/10 of 1%) so the numbers should be useable for reporting volume of activity, etc.

update March 12: III reports that the discrepancy is due to some programs not including Same Site Requests. The discrepancy is noticeable when comparing the totals for Requests and Fulfillments to totals for Borrowers (Patron type), Regular vs. Short Loan, and # of Owning Institutions. Cancellations and Transfers are unaffected. The problem will be corrected with Millennium Silver software version.
